Cabeço do Mocho Red Wine

Cabeço de Mocho Grande Escolha is the result of an excellent combination of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga-Nacional grape varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. It has a deep ruby color with garnet nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, displaying ripe notes of cherry and blackberry, harmonized with hints of fresh vanilla and a slight nuance of clove. On the palate, it is full and round, well-structured with refined tannins. It displays finesse, an exquisite bouquet, and a long finish. It should be served at 16-18°C to accompany red meat dishes and strong cheeses.
